As trainers we find it important to keep updating our knowledge, so every year we spend some time on CPD. This means that we have been to lectures on dog training, but Hetty is also a certified trainer for clicker training for people (TAG teach level 1). We both went to Clicker Expo 2014, Woof 2019, UK College of Scent Detection Instructor course Oct 2019 and Canine Aggression and Predation Oct 2019 including many other seminars in between :-)

Drs. Hetty Hayes-van Hassel
Hetty studied Veterinary Medicine in the Netherlands and she also did a lot of courses in behaviour management of animals. Hetty has competed with her dogs all over the world in freestyle, heelwork to music, obedience and agility. In the previous years Hetty has been teaching dog training all over the world, but at the moment her focus is on her own two young dogs with whom she would like to compete in obedience, agility, htm and freestyle. Roo is a short hair Chihuahua born on 17th November 2018 and Quinn is a Border Collie that she has imported from Italy in October 2017. Her other passion is her horse Ziggy with whom she does dressage and Ziggy also helps socialise dogs at the dog club.
Hetty teaches our advanced and competitive obedience groups and agility. As well as a UK college of Scent Instructor.

Adrian Hayes
Adrian grew up with dogs and was always interested in sheepdog trials. Now, with his own dogs Rogue and Enya, he trains with the sheep. His other interests are obedience and agility. Adrian is mostly interested in teaching dogs to cope with every day life and be sociable and fun animals to be around, therefore he loves teaching the puppy and novice classes. He also teaches our agility groups and is a Hoopers instructor and Assessor. As well as a UK college of Scent Instructor.

Hetty has done the COAPE course on dog psychology and passed with a distinction.
