The novice obedience classes are for dogs that have completed our puppy socialisation & obedience classes or the beginner classes. You & your dog will learn:

heelwork (starting with off lead heelwork), recalls, leave it, stays, go play, box, magic mat, examination of the dog. Your dog will be learning to ignore livestock and all exercises from beginner and puppy classes are now done on a higher level and with more distractions.

 

Go play: whenever possible dogs will be able to play with other dogs in these sessions as well and will practise to be called away from playing with other dogs. Playing will only be done with dogs that are sociable with other dogs.
