Step 2: same as step one but bring the car lower and lower to the ground until you can put the car on the ground and the dog still touches the back of the car with his nose.

Step 3: wait a bit longer before you click, so the dog starts to push harder with his nose on the car, so when the cart starts moving click and treat.
